The short version: this website runs no analytics, shows no ads and does no tracking. The only cookie is the one that keeps you signed in to your account. We see your personal data only if you buy a pack or e-mail us.
Who is responsible

Visiting the website
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. When you load a page, Cloudflare's servers process technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request. This is needed to deliver the page and protect it from attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use this data to identify you.
Fonts and images are served from our own domain. The page does not load anything from Google or other third parties.
Cookies and data stored in your browser
When you sign in to your account we set one strictly necessary cookie, __Host-studnook_session, to keep you signed in. It holds a random identifier, is never used for tracking or advertising, and expires 30 days after your last visit or when you sign out. Because it is needed for the service you asked for, it does not require consent. We use no other cookies.
The store also remembers the filter and sort order you picked, using your browser's local storage. This stays on your device, is never sent to us, and you can clear it in your browser settings.
If you write to us, we use your e-mail address and message to reply. We keep the conversation for up to two years, then delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer (for example, for tax records). The legal basis is your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering it.
Purchases
The store is not open yet. When it opens, payments will be handled by a reseller that acts as the seller of record and processes payment and tax details under its own privacy policy. We will update this page with its name before the first sale. We never see your card details.
From the reseller we receive your e-mail address and what you bought (order number, products, amount, date). We use this to deliver your packs and to run your account. We keep order records for as long as you have access to the packs and at least as long as tax law requires. The legal basis is the contract with you (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Your account
Your account is created automatically with your first purchase; there is no password. To sign in, we e-mail a one-time code or link to the address you used at checkout. Those e-mails are sent through Cloudflare's e-mail service.
To protect your purchases from account sharing, we keep a record of sign-ins and downloads (date, country, browser type) for up to 12 months. If an account appears to be shared, for example because it is used from many countries in a short time, we may sign it out on all devices. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting our products and your account (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Your account data is stored with Cloudflare, Inc., which processes it on our behalf. You can ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to contact@studnook.com; we will keep only the order records the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to contact@studnook.com. You can also complain to the Croatian data protection authority, AZOP (azop.hr).
